The addition of Portsmouth native Todd Belanger as executive chef in early 2014 has added another layer of incredible talent to the CVC Catering Group staff. Chef Todd’s industry experience has taken him all across the country, and he credits his history of working in a wide range of restaurants with allowing his creations to not be tied to any specific genre.
CVC Catering Group welcomed Tim Goddu to the team in 2017. After many years of experience in all aspects of the kitchen, Tim joined the team as executive chef. He attended culinary school in Brookline, MA, and spent time working at The Country Club in Brookline, Sel de La Terre in Boston, and cooked at various venues within Fenway Park. Tim loves working with the fresh flavors that rotate with the seasons and loves the challenge of “spur of the moment creation.” Generally, he enjoys cooking American-style, but has very strong French and Italian influences.
